No one really buy's Haro stuff. You might try Craigslist, but I doubt you'll get much for them. Just the way it is, not many people like Haro anymore.
Offer the bars for $10 or less and you might get rid of them, the chainring on the other hand... You'll probably never get rid of that thing.
